The hotel was very clean and great value for money. the breakfast had a good selection of fruit and vegetables and was a good start to the day. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and provided us with directions to the nearby mountains. the hotel is conveniently located near the mountains and central to the city, which made it easier to get around.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable in the room, which made it difficult to stay connected. the parking on-site was limited and made it difficult to find a space.

I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was! Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even ordering food for me and helping me with directions. Spent my Xmas holidays at this amazing hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was really helpful and welcoming. Rooms were cozy and clean and the breakfast was sumptuous. Location was close to the popular city center and the local market. The hotel also had an onsite restaurant which served delicious food. One of the best things about this hotel was the affordable price, giving so much value for money.

There was a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff which made communication difficult. the hotel didn't provide enough toiletries which was a bit inconvenient.
